Another
favorite of mine is looking for bargains in Ebay and reselling
the item offline. Most people know that Ebay is a great place

is known as auction arbitrage. An arbitrage is where you purchase
an item form one market (internet) then resale it on another
market (brick and mortar) in order to profit from a price
discrepancy. I other words you simply buy an item at a lower
price and resell it at a higher price thus insuring a profit.
For example, you can find jewelry at 50% to 70% discount and
advertise the item at your local classified ads. Iíve
been using this technique for a while and found some amazing
success.

way to make money, especially if you are passionate about
cars is be a car broker. In the real estate industry brokers
earn about 5% to 6% commission on every home they sell. You
can use the same strategy with the same commission rates in
the second hand car industry, sometimes with very little competition.
Nowadays, car owners are force to sell their used cars themselves.
All you have to do is to offer your services for a 6% commission.
If you do the math and sell x number of cars per month you
can make at least $60,000 a year.
Our world
today is getting smaller with the migration of expatriates.
These expats often miss having some of their favorite foods
and drinks from their native countries and find it difficult
to obtain them. The opportunity here is to open a specialty/niche
foreign food shop. Stock-up a selection of a popular and unusual
foods and beverages from a particular country. You may later
branch out into mail order or putting a website to expand
your market.
Managers
and HR departments find it difficult to constantly motivate
employees. An entrepreneur can fulfill this need and make
some good profits at the same time. All you need to do is
create a generic monthly motivational newsletter that can
